Printing
I seem to be having an intermittent problem when printing 11x17 size pages from Microsoft Visio to the HP 1220C. Currently the printer is set up on a Linksys Print Server and I am running BiAdmin on our Windows 2000 Server to monitor the three connected printers. No other printer on this print server has this problem. This issue also occurred when I had the printer connected directly to a Win 2k machine and shared it peer to peer. The problem occurs when printing Visio 11x17 from all the machines in my network (98, 2k, XP). 1220C has no problems with Word, Excel and Adobe ledger format from any machine. The Design Jet and Laser printer connected on the print server do NOT have similar issues.
The only way I have gotten around this issue is to print the Visio file into Adobe and print the Adobe file 11x17; however, the resolution suffers. All my 1220c drivers are up to date for each type of machine. Is there any other way around this work-around?
