Proliant 7000 server
I have the Pentium Pro version and I can't set up the array because i can't find the array configuation tool that is on a floppy. I've looked all over HP's site and can't find it anywhere... If someone could please get me the one that is supposed to be on a floppy of tell me where I can get the SmartStart cd version 5.5 or earlier... Thanks a lot.

Re: Proliant 7000 server
Anthony:
The version of the ACU on diskette is available here:
http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/proworkstation/us/download/8605.html
Please be aware that this version is only used for a VERY limited number of controller cards (i.e., SMART-2, SMART-2SL, SMART-2DH, and Fibre Array controllers).
If you do not have one of the controller listed, this will not work for you at all.
You should purchase a SmartStart 5.50 CD from HP, from here:
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/subscription/ssphone.html
Be sure to get version 5.50 as any other later version will NOT work on this server.

Re: Proliant 7000 server
Thank you soo very much for helping me. I was able to get a version of smartstart 5.5 from a IT guy at work... Now I just have to set it up.
