Raid 5 to 1 migration on L2
Hi,
I have a Prolian M350 G2 w/ the L2 array controller. Currently, I have 3 36GB drives set up in a raid 5 array. I have purchased 3 more drives and would like to migrate our 3 drive raid 5 to a 6 drive raid 1. Is this at all possible to do online? All data is backed up, but my boot partition is on this array and I don't want to even think about trying to restore it from an image.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Raid 5 to 1 migration on L2
Hi Tommy:
On the LC2 controller ; RAID migration is not possible online or offline;
you can Create new Array with the new drives
- or delete everything and create raid 1 ; and then restore from backup.
Best regards,
Tarek.
