Rebooting problem - LDPRO Netserver

We have a HP Netserver LDPRO model - D4944A. We face a problem that the server is rebooting often. I suspected the memory module. So, I bought a new RAM (256MB ECC EDO RAM) from HP and replaced the same. But still the problem continues. Kindly help me what should I do to solve this problem.
