Re: teaming with Microsoft Virtual Server 2005
Hi,
we have MVS2005 on some of our DL580 Servers. They work really good. The virtual Servers use the teamingadapter of the hostmachine.

Re: teaming with Microsoft Virtual Server 2005
I have an older installation of VS 2005 with 4 VMs on it and have no problems pinging between machines. This particular instance doesn't use the teaming software but since the VM host is presented a "Virtual NIC" (consisting of 2+ physical NICs)by the teaming software I see no reason why ping wouldn't work. Check your VM configurations and make sure that the assigned NIC is the Virtual NIC presented by the teaming SW and not a physical adapter, that might be confusing the VMs.
