USB/PS2 KVM MOUSE FREEZE WITH PROLIANT G4

HI ,

2 PROLIANT servers Windows 2003( DL360G4 + ML350G4 )are connected on an USB/PS2 KVM ; mouse freeze sporadically on each serveur ; what is the problem ?

What model of KVM: IP or Server Console

Server ROM are up to date ; the Switch model is HSTNR-K001 ( spare 372032-A21 )and the FIRMWARE is up to date .
I try with an other Switch and cables and the same problem appear at power on ; I can see a " ! " in the mouse configuration when the mouse is failed ; no problem with keyboard ; if a mouse is plugged on the server without Swich , server run fine ;
