EVA4400---Soft Diagnostic failure after unplanned power outage
Hi,
We have an unplanned power outage yesterday and all our servers and SAN want down abnormally.
Now once the power is back up, EVA4400 is started normally and all the Vdisks and hardware is fine. But on controllers am having Soft Diagnostic Failure.
Please tell me how critical is this message and how can i clear this up without disturbing the I/O as the Storage is in Production.
