HP Power Protector 1.02.28 and connection loss

Hello,

 

in HPPP I configured a power source with two R5000 UPS over network interface lwith latest Firmware) . Everything is fine for 2 minutes, but then HPPP looses the connection to the two UPS. And there is no way to connect them again. Only possibility is to delete the power configuration an d configure it again. But after 2 minutes the same problem.

 

Does someone know the problem?
