KVM Console 4x1x16 408965-002 410531-001 Unreachable from network, changed password. need reset.
Greetings. I bought this device to upgrade from my EO1010 to this with 4 USB.
But I had serious problem: I logged in from the console, I set a strong password, a static IP address and placed auto-update on.
Then i pressed the OSD button to reset it and the password is no more working.
I also tried accessing it from the network. Using HTTP/HTTPS seems the ports are closed.
Using the IP Console Viewer Software (I just installed last version, 4.1.2) it can see the device but I cannot login. Maybe ports are not the 80/443 by default.
I need to force a factory reset on it.
Now the OSD is giving me this information:
KEY: 3C311277657A3325
EID: 520433-002C03-000
I need the One-Use-Password to remove it
