DL20 Gen10 fan noise 40% after install E208i-a RAID card

Hi,

Server arrived without any RAID card, thus ordered E208i-a card.

While waiting for RAID card to arrive, test install and run windows 2019 with software RAID SR100i. Everything run quiet with fan speed <10%.

When E208I-a arrived, installed, fresh install windows 2019. After all drivers installed, with Agentless Management Service installed too. However fan speed still high 40-45% even when idle for >10mins.

Updated ILO5 to latest 2.44.

Updated E208i-a firmware to latest v3.53 (was v3.00). Issue of fan noise still persist.

Any help appreciated. thanks!
