RapidDR - How to recover when source site vcenter is not available

Hello All, 

Please I need information on how to recover when the source site vcenter is not available and we need to restore VMs at the DR site. I suspect we can use the manual method but want to know if RapidDR can be used. Creating a plan and executing it from the recovery site would make it faster and easier to recover. Any ideas please. Thanks
