Board Links disconnectings
Hi,
We have the same problems with different PCs. The problem is that the ethernet link is disconnected from the network. We don't know why but the effects are always the same:
-There is a red mark in the network icon in Windows XP
-You can only see outgoing broadcast traffic from the PC but nothing incoming from the network
-If you plug the same PC in another port it doesn't recover the connection
-Another PC in the same port as the problematic PC works
-PC is working normally until it is disconnected from the network
Models of boards affected by the problem:
1. Intel(R) 82566DM-2 Gigabit Network Connection
Driver 9.8.20.0
2.. Realtek RTL8168D/8111D(P)
Driver 5.7.14.122.2009 22/01/2009
3. RTL8168C(P)/8111C(P) PCI E
Driver 5.686.203.2008 3/01/2008
4. Realtek RTL8102E/RTL8103E
Driver 5.7.14.122.2009 22/01/2009
Switches are Procurve 2610 24G with release
R.11.25
In the logs you see.
- Port X is now off-line
- Port X is Blocked by STP
- Port X is now on-line
Do anybody know what is happening?
Best Regards.
