Insight Diagnostic shows failed hard drives (DL380 G4 packaged cluster)

Hi,
after runing diagnostic tests, HP Insight Diagnostic shows 3 failed drives.

Insight Diagnostics Note: Physical Hard Drive 15, Controller Slot 0-Diagnosis: Failed
Insight Diagnostics Note: Physical Hard Drive 14, Controller Slot 0-Diagnosis: Failed
Insight Diagnostics Note: Physical Hard Drive 4, Controller Slot 0-Diagnosis: Failed


LED's on these drives do not lit amber and in ADU report there is not critical errors.

These drives was replaced and after certain amount of time Insight Diagnostic shows these errors on the same drives again. These errors not shown always. For example, when running tests after reboot Diagnostic may not show errors.

Firmware and drivers versions are latest.
What might be a problem? And sorry for bad English.
