Proliant CL380, Windows won't recognize cr3500 SCSI Device

I have been trying to access this storage array of the server given to me, but Windows will not recognize the "Compaq CR3500 SCSI Array Device". It's running Windows 2003 SP1, and they told me it was working before. I have searched high and low for a driver that Windows can use to recognize this. I did a firmware upgrade, and tried everything I could think of. The CR3500 Configuration Utility says that the drives are in a good state and configured Raid 5. Any tips, comments, suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
