ActiveUpdate issue - BackWeb is unable to access its data directory
Hi
Been using ActiveUpdate with Insight Manager, was working fine. Now when I start ActiveUpdate, I get "BackWeb is unable to access its data directory. Either the data directoey is invalid, unreachable or there is another instance of BackWeb accessing it".
I checked the process's, there was no other copy of backweb running. I also can see the directory. No new updates are coming down when I try to update. Has anyone seen this??
Im running Windows 2000 with SP3 running Insight Manager V7 SP1
Thanks
Anthony

Re: ActiveUpdate issue - BackWeb is unable to access its data directory
The limit has not been exceeded (not even 50%). Is there a way to recreate the db - is it possible it is corrupt (even though I can browse the files??)

Re: ActiveUpdate issue - BackWeb is unable to access its data directory
Sorry, I can't help anymore. Only just started using AU but have not yet tied it into IM.
I find it just as easy to pull down the CP files I want into a sub-directory of the VCR and work from there.
I really don't need a lot of the stuff AU brings down.
