Adding subnets to CIM 7 SP2
What is the correct way to add subnets to CIM 7 SP2? I have an issue when I add a subnet to CIM it is not discovering devices on the new subnet nor when I add a device manually CIM never picks it up. Right now I add by going to Settings and adding the subnet to the 'IP Address Ranges' box. Help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Re: Adding subnets to CIM 7 SP2
Hello -
Here is a couple of things that will help you out:
ip ranges can be entered this way ie. 10.1.23.1-10.1.23.250
172.16.45.1-172.16.45.254
next I think the reason why you're not picking up anything else is because the discovery filters are not disabled. go to Settings -> Automatic discovery. in the status section on the right, you should see Discovery Filters. click on the link to disable the filters (see the attached screenshot). when you're done, re ran the automatic discovery. It should work now.
