BMC Patrol Agent error

I manually installed the BMC Patrol Agents that came with the 5.10. No problems with the installation, however The "Logical Disks" component shows up as "Failed". When I try to view the info, I get a script error stating with "Undetermined string constant" and ""PatrolPage" is undefined" errors. This occurs on each server I've installed the BMC agents on.

I encounter the same error as described above on the OS monitoring which I installed on several servers. I am using the 5.20 version on a W2K server, compaq DL360.
Anyone got an idea on how to solve the problem?

We encounter the same problem with Insight Agents 5.30, but the error occurs only on W2k servers, not on NT 4.0 Servers.

This message have been posted one year ago and thre is still no solution provided? Did someone ask to BMC about it? We have recently install a new server and we have the exact same problem with W2K and the "logical Disk" information.

I recently found the answer to this. You need to run "diskperf -y" from a command prompt to turn on disk performance counters. After the next boot, the web agent will show logical disk info properly.
