Cisco devices in IM7 SP2
Hi, please is there a way to better "communicate" with cisco switches in IM7? I can add them manually, but in the product name i see "unknown SNMP device" instead of their HW description. Is is maybe a issue with their configuration? I'm using AAA auth mode on them. Thank you very much!

Re: Cisco devices in IM7 SP2
Try running the daily device identification task then follow up by running the SNMP status for non servers polling task. I don't think you will ned to add the product name in manually I didn;t have to do that. Your best bet of course is to always run an autodiscovery with the ciso equipment range of ip addresses included.
Let me know how you make out.

Re: Cisco devices in IM7 SP2
Has not helped. Maybe i have to install some special MIBs for this, no?
