Critical events show in 'Uncleared Events' but not 'Query Results:Uncleared Critical Events' window

Critical events show in 'Uncleared Events' but not 'Query Results:Uncleared Critical Events' window

We have 3 'Critical' events showing in the unlceared events icons but nothing shows up in the 'Query Results...' windows. Does anyone know how to clear them, or what the issues is here?
