Device not showing its DNS name until second Discovery

I noticed that a device (HP Server) was initially discovered and it showed basic information, it showed the Server's name until "Server Name" & DNS Name.

When we did another Discovery, IM7 found the device with all of the correct information and it was showing on the initial homepage along with all the other devices being monitored.

However, the icon for the device which was created initially turns red. So i have two icons for the same device, one with normal and the other with critical. Help
