DMI Web Based Agent

After Installing and Configuring Insight Manager XE, I found an information entry in the Windows Event Viewer, telling me that on two of the tree servers in that domain, the "COMPAQ DMI Web Based Agents" were discovered as being installed.
My Question is, why on two servers and not on all three of them. I have been (so far unsuccessfully) trying to find out what COMPAQ application or utility is actually the host for this agent. There doesnt appear to be any problem, but obviously two of the three server provide DMI information, while the third one doesnt. Any ideas ?

The DMI agent is usually only installed on the XE server itself because it needs these files to communicate with DMI clients. Yuo shouldn't have any DMI agents installed on a Compaq server, only the regular Insight Agents.
