Device is Inaccessible

I have installed Compaq Insight Manager 4.8 on my W2K work station and compaq Management Agents on TN Enterprise server 4.0. I am trying to discover an PI based device, which is my TN server. The Insight Manager can successful discover it but it still says inaccessable in Status field.

Any ideas?

This is definitely an SNMP problem. Make sure you have the same community strings on both systems.
