Email Notifications

I have setup Insight Manager 7 SP1 in my environment and am trying to find information about more descriptive event notifications, such as disk thresholds, cpu thresholds, packet loss..etc. Could someone please point me in the right direction. I am still working on getting SNMP running on all systems.
