Enabling power supply monitoring in CIM

looking to enable the power supply monitoring in Cim and need help finding where to set that. If you pull up the data collection report for a server you see a section for power supply but my entries for watts is blank. I need to be able to monitor current and max for a server... is this possible and if so where is the setting.

Only BladeSystem servers and servers with HP Power Regulator are instrumented for that information.
