HTTP error using Repository Manager

Hi,

I've running Version Control Repository Manager installed from the latest HP Foundation CD Pack (6.20) on a Win2k server (SP3 + all updates).
When I attempt to install any software updates via the Version Control agent from any servers (including the one on which the VCRM is installed!) the process always fails with " could not be retrieved from the VCRM on . Downloads stopped". Additional Data reports "HTTP_STATUS: 401"
System Management settings as follows:
Local Access (Anonymous)
Secure Mode (Trust By Certificate) I have re-issued a certificate from my VCRM server and installed it on the relevant machines.

Any help from anyone much appreciated.

Incidentally I have also installed CIM 7 SP2 on the VCRM server and get exactly the same failure when trying to push out driver updates to my other servers.
