IM7.2 and 7.23 problem

I have tried to install CIM7.23 on new PL350/w2003sbs premium with sql server 2000 with sp3a, java 1.3.1.09 . Whole instalation comes OK. When I try to start IM on the same server I have to log in with username, password and domain name. Then I receive the warning about that page contains secure and non secure items. Then the most upper part of the screen appears correctly (with sign HP Insight Manager 7 sp2.3 on blue background)and here is the problem: I get the error message -

insight manager 7 has detected an error:
error message: "null" is null or not an object
File name: https://server01:50000/ui/jsp/pageheader.jsp?parentmenu=root
Line number: 149

If I click OK I get on lower part of screen message "the page can not be displayed"

IE 6.0.3790

Do you have any idea how to correct this problem?

I have resolved the problem by setting regional settings to english while installing CIM.
