How to create a Web base password Template within IM7 and apply to all the servers.

I'm not too sure of what you're asking here, but if you need to fix up the HP Agent Passwords on other Servers you can do it from a Group Configuration Task, under Application Launch.
You will need a Server whose details you are happy with, you then use that as the template and push it out to the Servers you require.
