IM7, I have in MP column red cross and orphan when i click on it

Hello,
I have a problem with IM7, I changed the riloe in a server and it was working well but now i have a red cross on the column MP and when i click on it, I have a blank web page with in the address a Orphan15. But if I connect on the Riloe by is Adresse It's working well.

Thank you if somebody can help me how to solve this problem
