Insight Agent upgrade
We're unsing bigbrother to monitor our servers in adition to Insight Manager. BB usies snmp. Whe I upgrade the Management agent from an older version 5.00 or 5.40 to 6.0 or 6.4 the SNMP info BB gets is totally out of wack. like -1.9 GB of memory in use. If I build the machine from the ground up the 6.0 and 6.4 agents work fine so I know it's not Big Brother. Support seems to think crazy or just don't care. Any Ideas? I'd really like update my agents but it kind of kills my monitoring.

Re: Insight Agent upgrade
When you upgrade the agents, are you just copying the csp/ directory then running SETUPEX? Or are you pushing it out from an Insight Manager server?
What happens when you uninstall the agents before you install the new ones?
Cheers,

Re: Insight Agent upgrade
I've tried running setup and using the batch file. I've uninstall the agents and reinstalled them multiple times. Including doing it first try on the last one I built. I've also tried reloading windows sp2. This is also the fourth server out of four that I've updated that have this problem. 2 DL360s and 2 DL380s.
