Insight integration for nnm duplicate symbols

I have NNM 7.01 with the Insight Integration for NNM version 3.1 and for many servers I have duplicate "Insight Agent" symbols. Even if I manually delete one it seems to come back after some time. Some servers even have more than two "Insight Agent" symbols and they all have different status/colors

Any ideas?
