Hi All,
Strange one here. I've several servers, all with PSP 6.40 and all insight management services loaded that when I view the device homepage via CIM7 or direct via a browser, the Insight Management Agents are not listed and thus I can't complete this particular task (disk thresholds).
I've compared it to dozens of working servers and cannot see anything different. All agents are loaded and configurable via the CP applet. It looks almost like when you all the agents loaded bar the web agent but thatâ s not the case here.
My first step would be to uninstall the agents; delete the c:\compaq\webem dir but outages on these babies is hard to come by so would just like to pick the collective brains here first.
Thanks and Merry Christmas to you all!!
Paul

Solution
Paul -
I had this exact same issue on one of my servers, What I ended up doing, was a complete uninstall of the Management agents. I did not remove the webm dir but if it did not work after the re-install I was going to do that. Since a reboot is tough for you right now, I would recommend you simply uninstall and reinstall.

Re: Insight Management Agents under Intergrated Agents
Thanks Jadrice, glad that the saying that misery loves company holds true and it's not just me.
I'll remove/install the agents ASAP.
Cheers for the assistance
