Insight Manager 7 not picking up servers

Insight Manager 7 not picking up servers

Insight Manager 7 is not finding information for serveral several file servers. I finds the the server IP and server name, but does not find the server type and other SNMP data.

Have you installed and configured the agents on the remote machine?, There is something not correct on you remote machines.

You can install the latest Proliant support pack, i do not know you exact OS platform.

Also you have to configure SNMP with the exact traps, security settings and also on win3K2 to accept traps with is default only traps from hisself.
