Install server agents on a desktop

I'm trying to install the server agents onto a Deskpro EP500 running Windows 2000. Usually when I install a Despro with NT I can install all server agents without any problem and see the machine in Insight Manager. Now, in 2000 on all my test machines I always get the message that I have to install the Compaq Windows Management driver first while it should normally already be installed or I get the message that it is already installed. Installation via smartstart fails. When I install the desktop/workstation agents and try to put this machine into Insight Manager it appears for one second and then disappears. So my question is if it is still possible to install SERVER agents on a desktop like I used to do in NT?

I would like to know how do you install server management agent on NT (deskpro machines). I've tried to install "System Management Driver" and "Foundation agent" without success.
It's seems that a trick exist to install them.

I am also having the same problem. When adding the workstations to Insight Manager 5.5 the workstations appear then disapear immediately. When the management agents are removed from the workstation I can see the computer again but is black and is unavailable.

How do you get Compaq workstations to show up in Insight manager?
