Missing iformation in MIB

Missing iformation in MIB

CIM is not displaying the correct information about proliant 5500 (most fields appear as NULL). When I check the mib files from SNMP explorer it show the following message

Registered MIB: CQPSINFO.MIB
Variable from MIB: CPQSIPRODUCTNAME
: Error Indication in response: There is no such variable name in this MIB. {Errindex: 1]

This is usually caused by the agents not running properly at the target system. Check the eventlog and make sure all of the agents are running.
