Pages continue after task/recipient are deleted

I created a Pager Task Notification and selected pager recipient to receive pages. I then deleted the task as well as the recipient but the pages keep coming through. I have viewed the User Accounts and the recipients are no longer there. The task is no longer there. Pages keep coming. Why?

Are there other pager tasks? Is there another CIM XE or CIM 32 products that might be sending the pages?
