Two Remote Insight Setup Interfaces
I have appear to have two Remote Insight Setup Interfaces, both report version 2.0.0.4 3- Jan- 2000.
The normal one has 7 tabs across the top covering RIB. Modem. Page. Users. Language. NC. Version. This does not report the correct information like PI address and user names. (This appears to be getting confused with the old PIC RIB board)
If I stop the Compaq Server agent service then I get the second interface, this only has 5 tabs. RIB. Users. Language. NC. Version This works correctly showing user names and PI address information.
I have installed all the latest drivers win2k (5.10B) But this has not helped. How do I resolve this problem I have about a 100 of these cards to configure?

Re: Two Remote Insight Setup Interfaces
Here's my guess. When you stop the server agent, the system is unaware what kind of remote insight card it is. The lights out edition does not have a modem, hence, it can't page you (you would have to tie it in with Insight Manager). I don't think this is a problem.
