Problem Loggin into Insigt Manger 7 SP2

I'm able to get to the screen where it prompts me for my username, password and domain, but after suppling this information the browser just sits there. What am I doing wrong. Could there be a conflict with other applications running on my PC that are using a different version of Java. Please help.
