Re: PSP 6.4 install fails.
Make sure you are running SP5 on Netware 5.1 and that all PSP files are present in the same directory as the CPQDPLOY.NLM program.
You can also check the SYS:\ETC\CPQLOG.LOG file for more information on the error message.
You can also check the SYS:\ETC\CPQLOG.LOG file for more information on the error message.

Re: PSP 6.4 install fails.
The error message you received is caused by a corruption in the NLM file. There are several possible causes for this...The most probable is that the file was corrupted during download. The error code means that either the embedded ZIP file was corrupted or the internal INI file embedded within the ZIP file is corrupt.
To see if your file is corrupted, you can open it in Windows with the WinZIP or similar utility and attempt to extract it. If you get an error during extraction, then the file is corrupt. If you don't get an error during extraction, check to make sure you have a cpqhlth.5x driver in the health driver component.
You can also download and install the individual component from the following URL:
http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/17704.html
The file you download can be executed external to the PSP to upgrade the health driver. Please note that the latest version of the health driver is v5.08.
Also, please make sure that you download the NetWare PSP and not the NSSD software. On the older server pages, the version of NSSD is v6.40. This is old software that hasn't been updated in almost two years. The NetWare PSP is also at v6.40. The NetWare PSP should be the software of choice for updating all ProLiant servers.
If you continue to have problems, please run the NetWare PSP in debug mode and attach the output to this posting. To run the NetWare PSP in debug mode, first load conlog.nlm. Next, run the individual component (or the cpqdploy) utility with the -all command. After the install has completed, unload conlog and attach the sys:\etc\console.log file to this posting.
Hope this helps,
