Service Number

Can anyone tell me where the 'Service Number' in the Insight Report (after serial number) comes from?.
It usually defaults to the serial number but for one of our servers (DL360) it displays corrupt data and our customer is rejecting the server because of it.
I've changed the 'Service Identifiction Number' in F10 config but this only changed the 'serial number' on the report.
I've tried re-installing the agent.
