Tape Drive Appears Red
My Server appears red with a Failed status and if I drill down it point to my Compaq 10/20 DLT tape drive. Firmware version is 9F26. There are no tape read or write errors. I ran the cleaning kit 4 times as suggested by someone from COmpaq. The status of the drive is Removed - was OK.
Do you have any ideas on how I can make this status to normal.
Thanks
