AF621A endless reboots watchdog reset

Kvm af621a reboots just some seconds after the webservice is up. Debug message 'watchdog reset occurred'.
I tried factory reset and configuration reset. The kvm actually is brand new but was 9 years in storage. It has occasionally on boot a NAND flash problem, in that case I can boot from the alternate Firmware Version. Firmware Version is 1.10.17.20462.
Anyone faced the same issue? Defect or still can be fixed? The onliest error I see by the debug messages is that 3 files /etc/dsviewcert, /etc/appliance_key and /etc/appliance_cert miss. I only got the serial access. The webservice runs some seconds only, not long enough to perform an update.

Upon reviewing the event messages we suspect some issue with the certificate.

Generate a new certificate and install it an check . The cert can be obtained from a 3rd party or created by any Linux /Unix OS using OpenSSL. Also,  PFX cert can be converted to a PEM file and uploaded to the appliance. Below are a couple of links that may help.
