Cannot register a trial license for ILO 5

Hi there

I am trying to register a trial license for ILO 5, but not succeeding. It just gives me the below error when I complete the form with my details for the ILO5 trial license. Am I doing something wrong or is something not working?

Hello,

 

Is this occurring after selecting the continue button after entering your information on the request page? I just performed that action and got a pdf file with the trial license included. Did you try changing to a different browser and retrying?
