Delete key in RILOEII Remote Console on NetWare

RILOEII board with firmware 1.15 in a ProLiant ML350 G4 server running NetWare 6.5. When using the Remote Console screen, any time I press the Delete key on the keyboard, it acts like I pressed the Delete key twice. Delete is the only key (that I've found so far) that does this. Any ideas why and how to stop it?
