Embedded NEC98431 how to change the IP address

Embedded NEC98431, ILO has a wrong IP Adress,how can i update the IP Address from system home page (do not want to reboot the system and go to ilo bios ).
To make it short: my question is: how can i change the Embedded NEC98431(Integrated Lights-Out NIC)IP AD from system management home page ?
