facing an issue with HPE iLO
Hello,
I’m facing an issue with HPE iLO (Integrated Lights-Out) after a recent firmware update. Since the update, I am unable to connect to the remote server management interface through the iLO web portal or using any remote management tools like SSH.
I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered similar issues after a firmware update, or if there’s a recommended procedure to troubleshoot iLO connectivity problems post-update.
Thanks in advanceed!

Re: facing an issue with HPE iLO
Dear judith75hodges
Please help to share the server model no. which iLO firmware version updated. which earlier firmware iLO firmware installed.
Earlier we observed that there is issue during update iLO5 firmware update on 3.06, and resolved after updateing 3.07.
So please share correct information to isolate the issue ASAP.
Hope, I could provide you with clear and helpful instructions. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to ask. I'm here to help!
Have a great day!!
Thanks & Regards...
Rabindra
