HPE ILO5 managed by DHCP lost connection with HPE OneView after IP Change

We lost the connectivity between HPE ILO 5 and HPEOneview once DHCP change the IP on ILOs. Mostly time HPEOneView does not have new IP address details after change IP.

Hi ,

Checked suggested links but we are not facing issue with ILO connection. We are able to access ILO with new IP but this new IP is not updated in HPEOneview and HPEOneView is trying to reach Old IP.

HI, As the Oneview recognizes the ILO IP, it is better to configure the ILO IP as Static and Add in Oneview.
