ILO Amplifier Upgrade v2.20
I have been using the ILO Amplifier product for two years now. I have been keeping up wiht the latest releases (currently using 2.16). I noticed there is a new update (2.20), I have tried to initialize the update via ILO AMP and bin file both with the same result. It appears the update starts, some terminal screens appear and disappear. The application restarts and remains on version 2.16. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue but I want to bring it forward as an issue.

Re: ILO Amplifier Upgrade v2.20
Hi vpdbakotaboy,
I think the user guide for the iLO Amplifier Pack 2.20 is not yet released. I could only find the release notes in the support centre. I have attached the link below for your reference.

Thank you!

Re: ILO Amplifier Upgrade v2.20
My iLO Ampliifer appliance successfully automatically upgraded from v2.16 to v2.20. However the appliance has been unstable, particuraly when adding new assets. Lots of 'server unreachable' errors (they are very much reachable), timeouts, and sometimes the console will just dump me out to the logon screen.

Re: ILO Amplifier Upgrade v2.20
You may give them a try to below things and see if helps
* Check the release notes and documentation for the new version of the software to see if there are any known compatibility issues with your particular environment or setup. Make sure that all system requirements are met.
* Check the logs on the ILO Amplifier appliance to see if there are any error messages that might indicate what the problem is. This could provide more insight into what is causing the "server unreachable" errors and timeouts.
* Restart the appliance and see if that helps with the stability issues. Sometimes, simply restarting the system can resolve issues that are caused by temporary glitches or conflicts.
* Try disabling any firewalls or other security software temporarily to see if this is the cause of the "server unreachable" errors.
