ILO2 FW 1.78+ with DL360 G6 yields broken XML for embedded health data

When requesting from the ILO2 XML interface, starting with fw version 1.78 the results include a new "DRIVES" section, but formatted in invalid XML.

Downgrading to 1.77 makes the drives section go away, thus XML parses can again correctly parse the output.

Has anyone else seen this? Are there any known resolutions?

then install latest psp pack and d´rivers too

BIOS is already P64 Oct09; Linux hpasm is newest version available.

But as this is an ILO problem, unloading hpasm yields the same result anyway.

We have the same problem with the HP ML350 G6 server and iLO Firmware Version 1.80.














And we have at the moment also no solution. The Firmware and so is up2date. (PSP 8.30).
