Hi Community,
I have to check via snmp if the Agentless Management Service service is connected to the iLO.
I spend days to search but without succes.
The only thing i can find are manuals how to check the AMS Status manually like this:
Checking AMS status: iLO web interface
Navigate to the Information, System Information page.
Click the Summary tab.
AMS is listed in the Subsystems and Devices table. The possible values follow:
Unavailable - AMS is unavailable because it was not detected, the server is in POST, or the server is powered off.
OK - AMS is installed and running.
At the Moment i parse the OID (CPQHOST-MIB) .1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.6.1.1.2 into a array and search if ""agentless management service\" for Windows, or "amsd" is running.
But i guess this is not the best solution to parse for strings because the iLO know if AMS is running well (see the manual).
Did anyone know how can i check the AMS Status on a iLO5 with SNMP???
Thanks for your support

Re: Query: OID to check the status from Agentless Monitoring Service on the iLO Board
Hi,
thanks for your answer but may there is a misunderstanding.
I have no problem with the AMS, i wan´t the check the Status "ok" with a SNMP Query because doing it manually (log in to the iLO, go to "System Information", navigate to the "Subsystem and Devices" Section, have a look if the Status is "green" from the "Agentless Management Service" makes no Sense.
But for a check with SNMP i must know what is the OID for that.
That was my question.
