When running under my regular user account, and connecting as an operator to an iLO (v1.80) on a DL380 G4, when I click the 'connect' button to connect either the CD-rom or floppy drive it says connected then after 5-10 seconds it says disconnected.
When I do this logged onto my workstation as a full local administrator it works without a problem.
I'm running Java 1.4.2 and have also tried after installing Java 1.50 update4.
The host OS is Windows 2003 server with the full proliant support pack v7.40 installed.
Any ideas?

Thanks, that was it. Advisories don't seem to be that easy to find though, as I did spend a little time trying to search the HP knowledgebase to no avail.
At least you've answered my question completely. Cheers.
